Raisa Nemerovsky     Raisa Nemerovsky immigrated to Israel with her mother seven years ago. According to Raisa's mother, she usually went out in the Netanya area. Friday was to be her first time in a Tel Aviv club, to which she went with her neighbor and friend, Maria Tagilchev. She was excited about partying in Tel Aviv's big-city scene. Raisa and Maria were both killed in the blast. Raisa is survived by her mother and grandmother. She was buried in Netanya.
