Uri Shahar, who lived alone and worked as the "house father" at the Geulim community center in Ramat Gan, was out walking near the Dolphinarium when bomb exploded, and was returning to his car. Ramat Gan municipality spokesman Memi Pe'er said Uri was a warm and gracious man, who helped the children at the community center. Uri is survived by his parents, a sister and two brothers, one of whom lives in the United States. Uri Shahar was buried in Kiryat Shaul. |
